This Privacy Policy explains how Singlepage (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit https://singlepage.com.ng (the “Website”), use our services (including one-off projects and subscription plans), download our eBook, join our WhatsApp group, or otherwise communicate with us.

By using our Website or services you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or provide personal information.

a) Information you give us

We collect information you choose to provide directly:

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number (including for WhatsApp), company name, billing address.

  • Project information: files, logos, copy, images, and other materials you upload or send for the purpose of a project.

  • Communications: messages you send via email, WhatsApp, or forms (including eBook requests, support, or proposals).

  • Booking data: when you schedule via embedded booking systems (e.g., HubSpot), we receive the information you submit (name, email, phone, appointment time).

b) Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, we (and our third-party partners) may automatically collect:

  • Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, referrer, device and browser details, IP address, and performance metrics.

  • Cookies and tracking data: as described below (Section 4).

  • Analytics & event data: interactions with forms, downloads, clicks, ad tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4), and conversion data.

Transactional messages (booking confirmations, invoices, service updates) are not subject to opt-out.

We may contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp where you have provided those channels for service delivery.

9. WhatsApp groups and community communications

If you join our WhatsApp groups (e.g., Sales & Growth Community) we will use the phone number you provide to add you and communicate within the group. Group members may see each other’s phone numbers and profile names. Respect the group rules and avoid sharing sensitive personal data in public group threads. You can leave any group at any time or request removal by contacting us.

10. Embedded content & third-party services

Our Website may embed or link to third-party services (HubSpot booking widget, social media embeds, payment gateways). These services may collect data independently and are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices. Review their policies before using those features.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and we are not liable for breaches caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
